ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Shaping the Future of
Child Health in Tanzania
The 26th PAT Scientific Conference brings together paediatricians, researchers, policymakers, and child health advocates from across East Africa and beyond. Set in the beautiful lakeside city of Mwanza — hosted at Malaika Beach Resort on the shore of Lake Victoria — this three-day event will feature cutting-edge research presentations, interactive workshops, and collaborative discussions.
Our theme — "Resilient Health Systems for Every Child: Innovation, Equity and Quality of Care" — reflects the urgent need to build resilient, equitable health systems that ensure every child has access to quality healthcare.
